You can view your available balance in your account dashboard.

It’s free to send money to another eWallet Transfer user.

You can transfer a maximum of £500 GBP and withdraw a minimum of £50 GBP to your bank account

The person receiving the money will get the funds in the amount and currency that was sent.

You will see a green confirmation message (see image) confirming the money was sent. You will also get an email notification with the amount that was sent and your new available balance.

You can use a credit or debit card to top up your account. Office walk-in is not available at this time but will be in the near future.

A SWIFT code or SWIFT number — is a standard format for Business Identifier Codes (BIC). It’s used to identify banks and financial institutions globally. View Swift Codes

 

We safeguard your money by holding it in dedicated bank accounts, which is independent from the eWallet Transfer platform.
